THESE ARE PROPHETIC EVENTS WHICH WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE:
40. THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH
Jesus Christ returns to take the saints, living and dead to heaven. This event is a mystery. No one knows when it will occur. It will signal the start of the Great Tribulation on earth.
1Thes 4:15-17
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
______________________________________________________________________________
41. THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST
This is also called the Bema judgment
. Believers will be judged according to what they have done for Christ in this life. This judgment will not determine whether a person goes to heaven or hell, as it involves believers only. The Bema Judgment determines a person's heavenly reward.Rom 14:10-12
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
______________________________________________________________________________
42. THE MARRIAGE OF THE LAMB
Great rejoicing takes place in heaven as the church (the bride of Christ) is united with her husband (Christ). A victorious chorus kicks off the celebration as a great multitude of voices is heard singing, "Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready." This takes place shortly after the Rapture.
Rev 19:6-7
6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
______________________________________________________________________________
43. THE GREAT TRIBULATION
The Rapture of the church will signal the beginning of the most horrible seven years ever experienced on the face of planet earth.

44. THE TEMPLE IS REBUILT IN JERUSALEM
The antichrist will allow the temple to be rebuilt in Jerusalem during the time of the Great Tribulation.
Rev 13:14-15
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
(KJV)
______________________________________________________________________________
45. THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON
Described by five Biblical authors,* this great and terrible battle will signal the end
of the Tribulation Period. God Himself will draw armies from the four corners of the earth to do battle in "The Valley of Decision." It is estimated that more than 400 million men will gather for this, the final holocaust of humanity.Rev 16:16
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
(KJV)
(Armageddon is described by David, Isaiah, Joel, Zechariah and John)*
________________________________________________________
46. THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST
Jesus returns to the Mount of Olives, not as the lowly carpenter's son, but "in power and great glory," leading the armies of heaven to do battle with the forces of Satan.
Rev 19:11-16
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
(KJV)
______________________________________________________________________________
47. THE MILLENNIAL KINGDOM
The marriage celebration takes place during Christ's one thousand year reign on the earth. Jesus will rule "with a rod of iron." Although the great tempter (Satan) will be bound, mortal man will retain the ability to rebel against God. At the end of 1,000 years, Satan will be loosed temporarily and many will choose to follow him.
Rev 20:7-8
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
(KJV)
48. THE FINAL SATANIC REBELLION
Those who foolishly follow Satan in his final battle with the Almighty will be consumed by fire from Heaven. Satan will be bound and thrown forever into the Lake of Fire.
Rev 20:9-10
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
______________________________________________________________________________
49. THE GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT
The great and terrible day of judgment in which the unsaved from every generation will stand before the throne of God and give account of themselves. They will be judged according to their works while on this earth, and according to the Book of Life. Anyone whose name is not found in the Book of Life is cast into the Lake of Fire.
Rev 20:11-15
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

2 Pet 3:10-11
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
(KJV)
50.
THERE WILL BE NEW HEAVENS & A NEW EARTH
